Callibrity is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead strategic technical direction, interact with key client stakeholders, and deliver innovative greenfield technology solutions that provide business ROI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering with demonstrated senior-level impact
- Proven success leading architecture & delivery across multiple teams or systems.
- Deep expertise in scalable, distributed systems with attention to performance, security, and maintainability.
- Comfort with modern DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Successfully solve Callibrity's CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges
Responsibilities
- Drive high-impact initiatives across teams, aligning architecture with business & product strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, surface trade-offs, and make clear technical decisions.
- Guide cross-functional delivery—set direction, unblock teams, and ensure consistency and quality at scale.
- Invest in reliability/observability/scalability to enable faster, safer iteration.
- Demonstrate mastery and cable to teach software development best practices (Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, CI/CD, TDD) to others
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT
