SourceFly is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead a team in building, enhancing, and maintaining a mission-critical capability for a government client.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Full-stack development (back-end and front-end concepts)
- Database expertise (PostgreSQL or MySQL): indexing & paging strategies, table design & optimization, database security best practices
- Experience with SQLAlchemy or similar ORM
- Experience in API layer development using FastAPI or Flask (Python)
- Experience in Data validation with Pydantic
- Experience with front-end development technologies such as Vue, React, or Angular
- Familiarity with Security and design, including OAuth2
Responsibilities
- leading a small, dynamic team of developers building, enhancing, and maintaining a mission critical capability with a strong user base.
- work closely with the Program Manager and the Chief Engineer to define & prioritize feature requests that align with the customer’s mission
- work with the technical team to implement, test, and deploy the capability.

- US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain and maintain Full Scope with Polygraph
