Zachary Piper Solutions is looking to hire a Full-Stack Java Developer to support the development of secure, scalable web applications in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Experience developing in microservice architectures and using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- 3+ years of Agile experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience developing React web applications.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Apache Camel preferred.
- Familiarity with DoD STIG process is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop microservice-based APIs using Java Spring Boot in support of React-based front-end applications.
- Participate in the full Agile software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work with RDMS databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like Redis.
- Implement automated unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to complete user stories and deliver production-ready code.
- Support performance tuning, load testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Conduct code reviews and adhere to development standards and best practices.

- Master’s degree in a related discipline plus 4 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years, or 12–15 years of software development experience without a degree.
