Responsibilities
- Provide architectural direction for scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Lead technical decision-making across projects and teams.
- Design and implement solutions across both front-end and back-end.
- Lead API integration projects within the Workday ecosystem.
- Ensure applications are reliable, high-performing, and user-focused.
- Drive improvements in tools, workflows, and system architecture.

- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Partner with business leaders, managers, and developers to align technical and business priorities.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers.
