Ofinno is looking to create next-generation internal tools that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks to accelerate research and intellectual property operations
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building full-stack applications
- Strong experience in back-end development using Node.js, Python, or Java
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures
- Experience designing, deploying, and scaling web apps in a cloud environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical capabilities into user value
- Proven ability to take projects from concept to production independently or as a team lead
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust full-stack applications focused on research enablement and IP workflow optimization
- Integrate LLMs into production systems for document generation, summarization, tagging, classification, semantic search, and agentic execution
- Contribute to the design and implementation of our internal AI agent platform, including vector search and retrieval pipelines
- Build intuitive front-end interfaces using frameworks like React and scalable back-end services using Python or Node.js
- Ensure reliability, performance, and usability through rigorous engineering practices
- Collaborate with research, IP, and executive stakeholders to identify needs, translate them into requirements, and deliver elegant software solutions
- Play a strategic role in shaping our AI platform architecture and championing thoughtful, usable tools across the organization
