OneDigital is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to be the primary, hands-on technical owner for their corporate website and digital platforms, aiming to improve performance, scalability, and feature execution while aligning with strategic business and architectural goals.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in C-Sharp, ASP.NET MVC, and enterprise-level application development.
- Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Redux, Next.js).
- Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, relational databases (SQL Server), and MVC architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), especially GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with headless CMS, e-commerce platforms, or other DXPs; familiarity with modern development tooling (Visual Studio, TailwindCSS); experience integrating with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, A/B testing).
Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Architect, develop, and maintain complex, scalable web applications from database to user interface.
- Back-End Development: Design and implement services, APIs, and business logic using ASP.NET MVC and C-Sharp.
- Front-End Development: Create performant, reusable UI components using React (Redux/Next.js) for our primary digital properties.
- DevOps & CI/CD Management: Own and maintain existing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure), ensuring automated, reliable deployment and release processes.
- Architectural Contribution: Serve as the primary hands-on developer for the website, executing development plans and actively contributing to architectural decisions (e.g., framework upgrades, system design) in close collaboration with IT Leadership.
- Technical Governance: Proactively advocate for best engineering practices, adhere to established quality standards, document code decisions, and effectively communicate technical constraints and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders (Marketing).
- Quality & Security: Follow security best practices and assist IT in ensuring application resilience through proper logging and monitoring setup.
