Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development role
- 6+ years of experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies
- 6+ years of Java, Spring Boot experience
- 6+ years of experience with React JS and TestNG/JUNIT
- 3+ years of experience with cloud patterns
- 2+ years of experience with hybrid cloud integration patterns
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kafka, Splunk, and DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Recommend and implement innovations in digital and channel strategies
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security protocols and data standards
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making
