Raft is looking to develop and maintain scalable full stack applications that power their flagship products, ensuring security, performance, and reliability across mission-critical applications.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in full stack software engineering
Proficient in full-stack development with strong backend experience using Java or Golang and frontend expertise in ReactJS and modern development practices.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices
Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices design patterns
Knowledge of security best practices for enterprise applications
Experience with data processing and API development
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications that power Raft's flagship products.
Build robust solutions using Java or Golang on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend.
Ensure security, performance, and reliability across mission-critical applications.
Contribute to technical decisions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Work with customers at deployment sites, gathering feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the real-world performance.
Design modular, extensible systems that enable technology evolution and component replacement based on user needs.
Leverage Agentic AI coding tools (such as Claude Code) for accelerated development.
