LegalOn Technologies is looking to solve the problem of reviewing and negotiating contracts faster, with greater accuracy and confidence by developing new AI-powered legal agents and scaling their global platform.
Requirements
- Strong backend expertise with Go (Golang).
- Solid frontend development skills with React.js and modern frameworks.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- A strong interest in AI agent applications and building innovative user-facing products.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale full-stack features using Go and React.js.
- Collaborate with product managers to quickly prototype and deliver agentic AI features into production.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases from international teams, enforcing our global coding standards and review practices.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack, ensuring robust and reliable performance for customers.
- Provide urgent technical support when needed, including root-cause analysis and fast fixes for critical issues.
- Contribute to building AI workflows that integrate with LLMs, legal data graphs, and real-world legal use cases.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that is easy for a global team to maintain.
Other
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field (3+ years experience), or 5+ years professional development experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ownership mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
- Flexibility of collaborating with engineers in Tokyo time zone.
