- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience with a modern FE framework (React preferred)
- Comfortable across the stack (70/30 FE or BE OK; 50/50 fine)

Responsibilities
- building clinician tooling to enable data-driven, best-in-class care
- conducting AI appointment transcript analysis to improve care and automate follow-ups
- streamlining client intake and automating transparent cost estimates
- contributing to CI/CD, observability, and a delightful developer experience
- shipping across clinician, client, and internal products while helping to set product direction

- 3+ years post-grad full-stack engineering
- Experience at high-growth startups (pre-Series C)
- Ability to demonstrate shipped code and impact
- 1+ years at early-stage startup (Series C or earlier)
