Oura is looking to expand its use cases into new markets through partnerships, healthcare, and B2B initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining partnership integrations, healthcare, and B2B products.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of practical full-stack web development work experience
- Have experience with Typescript and modern client-side frameworks such as React (Python experience is a plus but not required)
- Write code that is highly maintainable, extensible, well-tested, and easy-to-understand
- Have architected, built, and deployed scalable, performant web services in production on AWS or similar platforms, and can apply architectural patterns and best practices to new and existing products

Responsibilities
- Contribute to experiences that improve the lives of hundreds of thousands of people across the globe and expand Oura’s use cases into new markets through partnerships, healthcare, and B2B initiatives.
- Partner with product managers and designers to deliver accessible, responsive, and user-friendly experiences.
- Take ownership of high-quality solutions from design through production, monitoring, and documentation—while helping shape best practices across the engineering lifecycle.
- Apply strong software engineering expertise to solve ambiguous problems, improve architecture, and enable the platform to scale to new product capabilities.
- Ensure platform compliance with the latest security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively in a globally distributed, diverse team and adapt as Oura evolves and new opportunities arise.
