Arccos is seeking a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer to help bolster our Growth team responsible for the subscription funnel, to set technical direction, drive cross-team initiatives, and raise the bar for quality, performance, and reliability across our subscription sites and payment processing stack.
Requirements
- You’ve worked extensively with payment processors such as Stripe.
- On the Backend you have experience building out serverless microservices in Node.js with Typescript and are comfortable with the infrastructure of those services (microservices, messaging queues, MySQL)
- You have 5+ years of experience in Front End development (React, CSS, Vite)
- You build maintainable tests into everything you do - whether unit tests or integration tests. You have experience with things like Playwright and mocking external libraries.
- You use AI to make you a more effective engineer, but don’t just use it to produce slop.
- You make sure analytics are set up on everything you ship, so it can be measured and tracked.
- Experience with Shopify (headless and/or template sites)
Responsibilities
- Help us build and optimize our subscription portal where users come to subscribe to Arccos.
- Iterate, maintain, and improve our subscription management and payment backend services.
- Move quickly to implement A/B tests and growth initiatives to continuously increase our activation, conversion and retention rates.

- Base Compensation: $135,000-$200,000 depending on experience
