Lazer is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help clients understand their needs and provide industry, technical, or product insights that are uniquely valuable to their efforts in designing, engineering, and growing products, particularly within the web3 space.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development within the Javascript/Typescript ecosystem, with proven expertise in React, Node, Next.js, and modern web development practices.
- Expert-level experience in web3 dApp development across the full stack, with deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals including cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized architectures.
- Strong proficiency with web3 libraries and frameworks such as Web3.js and Ethers, enabling seamless integration with EVM chains and Solana ecosystem applications.
- Extensive hands-on experience with web3 development tools and services including IPFS, ThirdWeb, The Graph, Alchemy, Moralis, Eigenlayer, and other cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.
- Deep expertise with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) for deploying and scaling decentralized applications in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience architecting solutions that bridge web2 and web3 systems through API integrations and hybrid architectures.
- Experience with smart contract development in Solidity or Rust
Responsibilities
- Engage deeply with clients to understand their unique problems, business needs, strategic goals, and technical priorities within the web3 space.
- Architect and develop sophisticated decentralized applications (dApps) across EVM chains and the Solana ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Integrate dApps seamlessly with existing smart contracts, invoking complex functions and managing state transitions as required by client specifications.
- Bridge web2 and web3 worlds by integrating decentralized applications with existing traditional systems, APIs, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Lead technical strategy discussions with clients, managing project timelines and expectations while ensuring successful delivery of complex web3 solutions.
- Contribute actively to Lazer's growing web3 expertise and thought leadership, sharing knowledge and best practices across the organization.
- Stay at the forefront of web3 innovation, continuously researching and implementing the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the blockchain space.
