DebtBook is looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to improve their fintech software platform for local governments, higher education, and healthcare organizations by revolutionizing how they manage debt, leases, and subscriptions, streamlining financial reporting, and simplifying information sharing.
Requirements
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and PostgreSQL or similar tools

Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of the SDLC: solution shaping, system design, ticket writing/breakdown, write full-stack code, review code, perform deployments, participate in monitoring, and gather data for reporting.
- Own the quality of your work.
- Write tests and work with your team to ensure everything works before merging and releasing.
- Work cross-functionally on your team to ensure work is scoped to deliver quickly and deliver the right functionality.
- Work collaboratively with other cross functional product-focused teams.
- Follow the latest front-end problems and patterns we are developing throughout the company, and help their team implement them.
- Balance working across teams to develop and learn our front-end patterns, and work on their team to help use those patterns to make and improve their product.
