General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) is looking for an Advanced Software Engineer to enhance their Encryptor Manager, a mission-critical Cybersecurity Manager Application. The goal is to develop cutting-edge applications using the latest technologies to support national security.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
- Database Experience (SQL, Postgre SQL )
- 3-5 Years experience with Java, Enterprise Java working with Java beans
- Experience with JavaScript (React)
- Experience with Hibernate, Spring toolkit
- Experience working with the Wildfly Application Web Server
- Experience working with REST API s
Responsibilities
- As an Advanced Software Engineer, working on the Encryptor Manager, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing mission critical Cybersecurity Manager Applications for a rapidly growing product line.
- You’ll be working at the cutting edge of Application development using the latest tools and technologies.
Other
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
