Fidelity is looking to solve complex business needs and opportunities in the Financial Operations area for both legacy and Java based applications on Cloud
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years in complex IT projects/initiatives
- Strong Dot Net with Java, Spring Boot and Cloud experience
- Ability to perform technical analysis of sophisticated applications with expertise of debugging complex Dot Net monolithic applications and able to make enhancements
- Experience in Jenkins and CICD pipeline
- Proven hands on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Ability to successfully deliver mid to large-scale initiatives by empowering and supporting your team and by helping to identify and remove impediments
- Experience with Java based applications on Cloud
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to develop solutions and overall strategies that address complex business needs and opportunities
- Gather business/system requirements, analyze, and document the same
- Accountable for successful delivery of robust and high performing software solution features and functions, including design, development, quality assurance and production release
- Serve as a leader and mentor to other technologists within the organization
- Perform technical analysis of sophisticated applications with expertise of debugging complex Dot Net monolithic applications and able to make enhancements
- Experience in Jenkins and CICD pipeline
- Deliver mid to large-scale initiatives by empowering and supporting your team and by helping to identify and remove impediments
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business-related field
- A quick learner and willing to take initiative
- Experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
- Collaborative approach to problem solving and ability to adapt plans based on organizational dynamics and constraints
- Must work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
