Dreamwave is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop and maintain web applications at scale, potentially leveraging AI coding agents.
Requirements
- Strong debugging skills (especially with debugging AI-written code)
- Conscientious about testing (especially with AI-written code)
- Ability to monitor your coding agents at scale (Claude Code, Cursor background agents, or Devin)
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Previous experience building AI agents (at hackathons, side projects, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Thorough experience with Dreamwave's tech stack (React, Tailwind, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, and GCP)

- Strong design skills: Strong intuitive understanding of visual design principles. A keen eye for aesthetics, user flow, and the finer details that elevate a product from good to great. You will need to evaluate the designs that Claude Code comes up with in order to ship full-stack features end-to-end.
