Pebl aims to simplify global employment by enabling companies to hire, manage, and retain talent anywhere in the world. The company is looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer A.I. to build its conversational AI assistant (Alfie) and transform its product into an AI-first experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend and serverless architecture.
- 1+ years of hands on experience building Agentic LLM products.
- Experience standing up and interacting with MCP Servers
- Experience with Python or Typescript, Postgres, and AWS (Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
- Solid understanding of LLM design patterns, observability/instrumentation, prompt enineering.
Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain applications and services using TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and AWS in a serverless environment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance our technology stack.
- Designing, building, and scaling innovative LLM based solutions that improves our user's experience.

- This hybrid role requires one day in office per week in our Denver office. Work from home 4 days per week.
