Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend and serverless architecture
- 1+ years of hands on experience building Agentic LLM products
- Experience standing up and interacting with MCP Servers
- Experience with Python or Typescript, Postgres, and AWS (Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
- Solid understanding of LLM design patterns, observability/instrumentation, prompt enineering
- A lean mindset - Focus on delivering customer value by minimizing waste, optimizing workflows, fostering continuous improvement, and prioritizing quick iteration with quick feedback cycles
- Experience working collaboratively in a remote environment, with a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Build, optimize, and maintain applications and services using TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and AWS in a serverless environment
- Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of constant learning and improvement
- Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance our technology stack

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (1 day in office per week in Denver office, 4 days work from home)
