Booz Allen is looking for a Functional Analyst, Senior to help clients meet their mission by managing the delivery of advanced digital solutions and guiding Agile development of project roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience managing software delivery projects using agile methodologies
• Experience with risk management, resource planning, project controls, and project management tools such as Jira and MS project
• Knowledge of software development concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions
• Experience with performance management improvement in support of IT governance
• Experience with vendor management ensuring that vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) Certification

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions
• Work closely with clients to manage IT Programs
• Guide the Agile development of a project roadmap

• Implement metrics to track progress
