KRAFTON's Game Security team is on a mission to outsmart cheat developers and secure the integrity of our online gaming experiences. We’re seeking a Game Security Software Engineer to join our El Segundo-based team and contribute to the development and deployment of advanced anti-cheat system, and the formulation of game vulnerability mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C/C++ with strong systems-level development experience
- Deep understanding of the Windows OS and kernel-level architecture
- Experience with Windows system-level or kernel driver programming
- Reverse engineering capabilities (x64/x86 architectures)
- Prior work with game security or vulnerability research teams
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced game security and anti-cheat solutions
- Analyze vulnerabilities in games and game engines, and derive effective mitigation strategies
- Develop anti-tamper solutions, both at the code level and through external technologies
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deploy and maintain scalable protection systems across live games, while also supporting issue resolution efforts
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives by planning and executing tasks while defining technical objectives
- Contribute to performance monitoring and continuous improvement efforts
- Provides guidance and oversees the activities of team members; will guide the team toward the successful execution of long-term and short-term goals

- Korean and/or Chinese language skills (not required, but a strong bonus)
- Prior experience in the gaming industry (nice to have, but not required)
