Modernize the GEOINT architecture and enhance mission capabilities across the enterprise for NGA
Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience in government or industry in database management and Big Data analysis
Strong working knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle, including architecture, requirements, CONOPS, integration, test, and transition
Senior-level experience and in-depth knowledge of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) systems and services, including the TCPED cycle
Technical expertise supporting modernization initiatives within the GEOINT enterprise, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Tactical Edge Computing, and Multi-Cloud Environments
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with Digital Engineering tools and processes
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification, with demonstrated experience applying SAFe practices in prior projects
Responsibilities
Partner with Government stakeholders to define and implement integration processes across NGA PEOs and supporting organizations
Lead or contribute to cross-organizational Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) focused on analytic modernization, Collection Management, Data Services, Foundation GEOINT, and IT transformation
Drive development of engineering and architecture artifacts, including integrated project plans, requirements and epics, target state architectures, CONOPS, roadmaps and schedules, and risk registers
Conduct a wide range of engineering analyses to inform investment and modernization decisions, including Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (COAs), Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments
Perform baseline analyses and support requirements allocation to systems architecture components
Ensure end-to-end traceability between mission needs, requirements, architecture, and program execution
Capture and translate mission and customer requirements into technical solutions and capability recommendations
Other
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field
TS/SCI clearance adjudication or the ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph
12 years of experience as an Integration Engineer in lieu of a degree
Proven experience leading complex system-of-systems integration projects, with cross-organizational teams and senior Government leadership engagement
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-organization engineering assessments, studies, and Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs)
