Medtronic is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager to drive the global adoption of the TYRX Absorbable Antibacterial Envelope Franchise, a market-leading technology, and to develop and execute global marketing strategies to increase global penetration.

Requirements

  • Product management or launch/commercialization experience
  • Clinical/technical understanding of cardiovascular therapies and procedures or demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and execution of commercial strategies and tactics including competitive messaging, account segmentation & targeting, positioning, and pricing & contracting.
  • Lead extended commercial and cross functional teams to ensure successful commercial launch of future technologies.
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product commercialization relative to market opportunity, working closely with regional marketing leaders over entire product life cycle including new product introduction and phase out.
  • Identify and execute on synergistic opportunities to integrate and promote portfolio.
  • Work with finance and operations to maintain financial and market models and demand forecast.
  • Develop/execute tactics leveraging cross-functional, cross business unit, and field partners to achieve goals.
  • Craft the commercial strategy for current and future technologies, define clinical evidence needs and dissemination plans, and support customer engagements with key opinion leaders.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing role with a Bachelor's degree, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 days a week onsite
  • Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
