PNC's Tempus Technologies organization is looking to solve the business and technical problem of implementing their secure payment integration technology and software solutions by hiring an Implementation Analyst Sr. to support the implementation process, act as a technical advisor to clients, and ensure seamless project execution and outstanding client experiences.
Requirements
- Proficient understanding of programming languages and development environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting, using API’s and reading logs.
- Hands-on experience with software implementation.
- Familiarity with analyzing technical workflows.
- Strong understanding of technologies such as XML/JSON, Postman, Notepad++, Kibana.
- Background in software development, implementation, quality assurance, IT, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- Experience working with payment systems, e-commerce, point-of-sale, or platform ecosystems is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead discussions pertaining to software behavior, demo’s, testing, API’s, boarding, configuration management, and account credentials.
- Support client projects through QA testing, pilot and production roll out.
- Serve as a technical point-of-contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues, which may include gathering issue details from the client, internal research, obtaining and reading logs, reproducing the issue.
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on software solution implementation.
- Stay current on technical developments and enhancements within the Tempus product offerings.
- Utilizes data provided from sales and/or sales support personnel to establish or update client-specific information for assigned product.

- Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. This could also be a remote position.
