Wells Fargo is seeking to solve the technical and engineering challenges related to systems that capture, surveil, and archive eCommunication and voice content to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of experience in analytics and troubleshooting skills
1+ years of experienceof regulatory compliance systems designed to capture, surveil and archive eCommunmications (Theta Lake, ZL, Smarsh).
Experience working in a DEVOPS, DEVSECOPS model
Experience with PowerShell, BASH, Python
Experience working in large complex Cloud/Hybrid environments
Familiarity with policy-as-code and email protection automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
Engineer, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade eCommunications and voice capture, surveillance and archival solutions.
Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
Provide technical guidance for regulatory compliance incidents contributing to root cause analysis and resilience improvements.
Develop and document scalable engineering standards and operating procedures
Design complex system upgrades
Develop plans designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
Stay ahead of the regulatory- compliance landscape and vendor roadmaps, driving the evaluation and adoption of next-generation email defense technologies.
