Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join the Middleware Engineering team within the Chief Technology Office (CTO), supporting the Enterprise IBM MQ platform. This role is critical in shaping the next-generation MQ infrastructure for the enterprise.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of scripting experience
  • 1+ year of experience with IBM MQ
  • 4+ years building and managing enterprise infrastructure.
  • 3+ years' experience working IBM MQ/MQ Appliance
  • 3+ years of Python experience
  • 2+ years of hands on Ansible experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
  • Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
  • Drive solutions to reduce recovery
  • Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
  • Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
  • Design complex system upgrades
  • Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
