Scientific Research Corporation is looking for a candidate to design and develop curriculum and training materials for the U.S. Government, specifically for the Navy's Information Warfare field.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of SIGINT experience as Navy IT (Information Systems Technician)
- At least 5 years in the last 7 years supporting (IW) Information Warfare field
- Previous experience as instructor in formal Navy training environment or Navy Instructor NEC 805A (legacy 9502)
- Previous afloat tour as Navy IT
- At least 3 years experience developing performance-based training materials/assessments using full range of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficient with email, CPM, LOM, and AIM
- Experience with cyber operation
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing curriculum and reuses, repurposes, and references (R3) existing course content
- Developing/creating front matter Learning Design Sequence (LDS), Training Course Control Document (TCCD), and Course Training Task List (CTTL)
- Assessing Job, Duty, Task Analysis (JDTA) data/enabling objectives/terminal objectives/learning objectives
- Developing Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM)
- Performing all duties, responsibilities, and essential job functions in accordance with NETC E2E, NAVEDTRA, and CIWT writing/style guide standards
