Requirements
- Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL - reporting, dashboard creation, data manipulation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret findings, and make actionable recommendations
Responsibilities
- Lead analytical initiatives supporting Insurance and Engineering for new and existing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting—to develop policy coverage, pricing, competitive studies, and eligibility criteria
- Build and maintain business reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to track core metrics
- Conduct advanced analyses to inform product feature development and state strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of product changes, state launches, and ongoing initiatives
Other
- 3+ years of P&C experience, preferably personal lines
- Strong project and product management skills
- B.S. in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or related field
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
