Idaho National Laboratory is seeking an Intelligent Automation Developer to deliver impactful, scalable, and efficient process automation solutions by applying intelligent automation principles and AI expertise to complex analytical processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years in RPA development (Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath)
- 1+ years building agentic AI solutions and integrating AI into RPA solutions.
- Experience with libraries of reusable code objects, code reviews, production automations.
- Proficiency in C-Sharp, .NET, Python, or others.
- 4+ years in RPA development (Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath).
Responsibilities
- Apply intelligent automation principles, theories, and concepts to complex analytical processes.
- Plan, develop and implement automation-engineering solutions using Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath.
- Review source code, documentation, reports from users, and other technical artifacts.
- Deploy automation components including: Bots, agents, development tools, code repositories, and scripts.
- Monitor and adjust deployed automation solutions for optimal efficiency.
- Support existing RPA, agentic AI, and PowerApp solutions when issues arise.
- Remain current on Agentic AI and process automation technology and best practices.

- Support project plans, establish scope, cost and schedule estimates.
- Mentor junior Intelligent Automation Developers.
