Bevel is looking to build an ambitious roadmap for their AI Health Companion app, which aims to help users make smarter health decisions by integrating data across sleep, recovery, activity, and nutrition, and turning it into personalized guidance. They need a Senior iOS Engineer to help shape the future of the app and create a more intelligent, fun, and integrated user experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years building native iOS apps with Swift and SwiftUI
- Deep understanding of Apple’s frameworks, app lifecycle, and performance optimization
- Experience shipping high-quality, design-centric consumer apps
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and concurrency
Responsibilities
- Lead major features and architecture decisions across iOS and watchOS
- Build high-quality, maintainable code with strong attention to performance and detail
- Push the limits of Apple’s frameworks — HealthKit, WatchKit, SwiftUI, etc.
- Mentor other engineers, share best practices, and raise the engineering bar
- Contribute to the evolution of Bevel’s app architecture and internal tools
- Help define and refine our development process as we scale
