Responsibilities
- Lead Development Efforts: Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, QA, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor and Guide: Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
- Contribute to Architecture: Participate in solution design and help define technical standards and architecture.
- Ensure Quality: Write and maintain unit and integration tests, and support QA teams in testing and defect resolution.
- Support Deployments: Assist in application deployment and provide post-release support and troubleshooting.
- Promote Agile Practices: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and help improve team processes and delivery.
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development
