Responsibilities
- Manages and communicates the vision and roadmap for products to an Agile delivery team and are aligned with IT standards and strategy.
- Represents the voice of the customer to the team.
- Owns the articulation and prioritization of backlog in small increments of value that can be delivered in short iterations.
- Drives value to the business by building and maintaining a product backlog in collaboration with stakeholder and delivery teams.
- Contributes to shaping the product direction, creating the feature(s), writing user stories, and innovation.
- Begins to influence department’s strategy.
- Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
