Fiserv is looking to build the Commerce Hub platform, an omnichannel platform designed to deliver innovation through simple, fast integrations. This platform aims to provide a single-entry point and intelligent orchestration layer for accessing the latest commerce experiences through merchants' existing infrastructure, reducing development time and accelerating speed to market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with Java, Spring Boot, and WebFlux
- 10+ years of experience in unit testing using JUnit and Mockito
- 10+ years of experience with databases and code integrations such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
- 10+ years of experience implementing complex full stack solutions including APIs and microservices
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Transactional, and Spring Batch
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Spring integration with Redis and other data sources
- Experience in AWS Cloud, or related cloud platforms, and API management
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex processes and technologically heterogenic applications
- Design software solutions in the real-time payments area
- Develop microservices for highly efficient protocol translation and enrichment with reactive design patterns
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for payment APIs
- Develop high throughput and high-volume transaction APIs that can be consumed by omnichannel platforms
- Enhance API solutions to offer simple, easy-to-consume APIs for payment customers
- Participate in development of roadmap and strategies for documenting and presenting API specifications in an easy and consumable format

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Payments industry experience
- Experience in implementing high-volume transaction processing applications
