Requirements
You have 7+ years of software engineering experience.
You have strong backend development skills, with experience in Ruby, Kotlin, Java, or similar languages.
You have a desire to work in the code daily.
You have previous experience leading processes and mentoring other engineers.
You have excellent problem-solving skills, love teamwork, and have a positive approach toward overcoming business challenges.
You have a willingness to develop business acumen and domain knowledge in our products.
Responsibilities
Work primarily within backend/ full stack code of React frontend, Kotlin, Ruby, and Java backend
Consistently deliver high-quality software solutions with a focus on integration testing, documentation, and shareability
Address technical challenges and solving problems that will help stretch your skillset and experience
Participate in user interviews to identify customer problems and apply domain knowledge to develop technical solutions
Actively mentor and support fellow engineers, helping them enhance their skills
Collaborate with a positive mindset, helping the team see and overcome business challenges
