Requirements
- Experience of 3+ years in JavaScript fullstack development
- Proficiency in Java and TypeScript for backend and frontend tasks
- Competency in ReactJS for building user interfaces
Responsibilities
- Own development tasks across the full stack with accountability
- Ensure that redesign efforts meet business goals and client expectations
- Provide technical guidance and share expertise with team members
- Deliver continuous functionalities and improvements following feature factory practices

- Collaborate with a small agile team of 3 to 5 members to support swift decision-making
- Engage in regular meetings with client managers and development team for alignment
- Interact periodically with clients to collect and clarify requirements
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and development methodologies
- Experience working autonomously in managing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- English language proficiency at intermediate or higher level
