Brillio is seeking a Prompt Engineer to enhance user recommendations by crafting compelling narratives and prompts for generative AI systems, aiming to improve content creation and personalization.
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience with GPT/LLM model development, including pre-processing, feature selection, and hyper-parameter tuning
- Experience working on Agentic AI solutioning
- Hands on Experience in Graph RAG and agentic AI, Raking strategy and RHLS Framework
- Data engineering experience with Proficient in using Hadoop, Apace Spark,and understanding of ETL
- Mandatory experience in pyspark and python programming language
- Continuously monitor the accuracy and performance of the models, and iterate to improve the model's performance based on feedback.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in delivering AI-powered products
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine creative writing prompts to guide our generative AI in producing relevant and engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user preferences and tailor AI output to improve recommendation algorithms.
- Continuously test and iterate on prompt strategies to enhance content quality and relevance.
- Analyze content performance data to inform prompt adjustments and creative direction.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI-driven content creation and contribute to our innovation pipeline.
- Develop and train GPT/LLM models to generate natural language text for various applications such as chatbots, question-answering systems, and recommendation engines.
- Conduct data analysis, pre-processing, feature engineering and model selection to create accurate models in a timely and efficient manner.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in delivering AI-powered products, with at least 2 years of dedicated Product Management experience.
