JPMorganChase within the Infrastructure Platforms of Corporate Technology is looking for people to develop high-quality architecture solutions for various ServiceNow applications and platforms products, drive significant business impact and help shape the target state architecture through capabilities in multiple architecture domains.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Hands-on practical experience working with ServiceNow skills such as CTA.ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CRM
  • Advanced experience in building ServiceNow custom applications
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, service and solutions
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
  • Practical cloud native experience
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications is a huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Defines current state and target state architecture for the ServiceNow platform and Automation capabilities and ensure interoperability and scalability across different technology stacks.
  • Works as a member of the Platform Architecture team, assess, design, and implement the processes and configuration standards for current and future ServiceNow capabilities
  • Works with Product/Process Owners, design solutions to meet desired outcomes while ensuring platform integrity and control standards
  • Functions as a subject matter expert in assessment, design, and implementation of the processes and ServiceNow tools needed to create an ITSM framework.
  • Drives initiatives to identify, optimize and automate manual IT business process to deliver secure, scalable and reliable IT infrastructure.
  • Researches and evaluates emerging technologies and trends, develop and implement solution prototypes and lead POC’s with a passion for automation to enable speed to market.

  • Works closely with engineering and operational teams.
  • Leads the Digital Workflow talent pipeline for off-shore location through recruiting, coaching and mentoring junior talent
  • Experience of working in a matrix management model, utilizing virtual teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technology
