ADP is looking to solve complex business problems by leveraging one of the most comprehensive employment data sets in the US, aiming to make impactful decisions that affect millions of customers.
Requirements
- Prior experience in formulating analytical problems, extracting - analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations.
- You will have "solution architecture " thinking with ability to apply AI & ML technologies to solve complex problems.
- Extensive experience and advanced knowledge in Data Science, ML, ML Ops, Data Analytics with proven ability in training, testing and operationalizing models from complex data structures to solve complex business problems.
- Some experience and good understanding of LLMs like GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, AWS Sonnet and managed services like AWS Sage maker, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Doc AI, Azure DI.
- Hands on experience in RAG, AI Agent development using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Huggingface, Tensorflow.
- Extensive Prior experience in Python, R, SQL, distributed computing tools such as Data Bricks, Hadoop, Hive, or Spark; Oracle, Dynamo DB, Mongo.
- AWS cloud experience with ability to build serverless applications using Lambda, Step Functions, AWS API Gateway.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, clean, and analyze large data sets and do exploratory analysis to understand our data and if it meets project requirements.
- Identify, design, develop and implement advanced analytics projects that track the consumer conversion funnel from start to end.
- Provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making.
- Code with machine learning tools like Python, R, and Scala to synthesize millions of data sets into patterns that answer ad hoc requests.
- Use Tableau for data visualization.
- Formulate analytical problems, extract - analyze data from multiple systems, summarize critical findings/insights, and develop a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations.
- Build serverless applications using Lambda, Step Functions, AWS API Gateway.
Other
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
- Prior experience in HCM/HR domain is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lead, mentor and coach junior data scientists and programmers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex ideas in simple ways to technical and non technical audience.
- Past experience working in a fast faced, high performing teams delivering innovative solutions with high quality, speed and ROI.
