Omnicell is looking to develop cutting-edge AI/ML for their solutions by setting the vision and technical strategy for AI/ML initiatives, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and systems, and ensuring innovative AI/ML are being developed to transform the industry.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in various AI/ML techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, recommender systems, reinforcement learning, large language models (LLM), etc.
- 6+ years of experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools, such as MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
- Experience with generative AI and LLMs.
- Proficient experience in Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and AI/ML development.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools and practices, such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning strategies from ideation to deployment
- Utilize deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and other AI techniques to enhance model performance.
- Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall data strategy.
- Collaborate with Innovation team and other engineering leaders on the AI strategy and efforts.
- Experience in establishing and enforcing AI/ML best practices, standards, and ethics
- Experience with generative AI and LLMs.

- Balancing deep subject matter expertise in AI/ML with multiple business use cases.
