Requirements
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java applications and related technologies such as Kafka and Oracle.
- Proven expertise in distributed computing, with a deep understanding of scalability, availability, and consistency concerns.
- Strong system architecture skills, capable of designing and implementing robust, high-performance systems.
- Ability to establish and manage application contracts with other systems interacting with our payment system.
- Demonstrated leadership in owning and managing a large portfolio of applications, with the ability to oversee 90+ applications effectively.
- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture, with a focus on building scalable and resilient systems.
