The partner company of Jobgether is looking to solve complex real-world problems using state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning techniques, and is seeking a Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer to develop and deploy impactful AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Experience with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) and algorithm optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI/ML model deployment.
- Experience with edge computing, mobile or embedded deployment, IoT integration, vision-language models, or agentic AI (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement computer vision algorithms for applications such as object detection, image segmentation, and facial recognition.
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning models, including deep learning architectures, using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
- Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets to ensure scalability, quality, and reproducibility.
- Deploy AI/ML models into production, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability across platforms.
- Lead functional testing, proof-of-concept experiments, and real-world use case evaluations of ML solutions.
- Collaborate with software developers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ML-related platform components, including GPU utilization and model performance.
Other
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in machine learning, AI, and computer vision with a proven record of developing real-world solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment with flexible schedule options.
