Requirements
- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and applied AI.
- Proven success in shipping ML models to production, with measurable business impact.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and experience with ML tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, SparkML, or similar.
- Experience collaborating across research and product teams, bridging the gap between innovation and delivery.
- Passion for Generative AI and applying ML to improve creativity and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 8+ years of experience, or PhD with 5+ years in crafting, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineers and collaborate with product managers to craft, build, and implement machine learning systems that solve sophisticated business problems.
- Architect and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate ML and GenAI models into Adobe products, with a focus on enabling creative and productive experiences.
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and tuning of ML systems in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and scientists, advocating for standard methodologies and a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Contribute to research papers, open-source initiatives, and represent Adobe at conferences and industry forums.
- Provide technical leadership, driving the adoption of modern ML practices and technologies.
