Cognitiv is looking to revolutionize the advertising industry by bringing intelligence to advertising and delivering unparalleled precision, relevance, and impact at scale through their Deep Learning Advertising Platform. They are transitioning from a legacy platform to a modern, automated, and highly scalable system, and need a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help orchestrate and scale the entire ML lifecycle to shape the next generation of their ML infrastructure.
Requirements
- Python (primary), PyTorch Lightning
- AWS, Docker, Apache Airflow
- ClickHouse, S3, distributed data processing tools
- Deep Learning, LLMs, Hugging Face ecosystem
- Strong, production-level Python
- MLOps expertise – skilled in ML automation, infrastructure at scale, and building robust pipelines.
- Hands-on with PyTorch (ideally PyTorch Lightning) and familiar with LLMs and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire ML lifecycle—from data exploration and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support automated model training, evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Redesign and optimize systems to handle scalability challenges and complex workflows.
- Take ownership of core codebases while mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
