Atlassian is looking to innovate core intelligence solutions within their DevAI products, specifically focusing on LLM integration, prompt engineering, and the development of end-to-end AI features.
Requirements
- experience building and scaling machine learning models in business applications using largeamounts of data
- experience with demonstrated ability to communicate and explain datascience concepts to diverse audiences, crafting a compelling story
- experience in developing deep learning-based models and working on LLM-related applications.
- Must pass technical interview.
Responsibilities
- Innovate core intelligence solutions within company’s DevAI products including but not limited to LLM(Large Language Model) integration, prompt engineering, and the development of end-to-end AI featuresusing cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate closely with a diverse and highly skilled group of scientistsand software engineers and multiple partner teams across the company to communicate technical detailseffectively to the team and engage in technical discussions to contribute ideas and solutions.
- Design LLMbased methodology and algorithms tailored to specific product needs.
- Perform data preprocessing andfeature engineering to improve product inputs and performance.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate theperformance of products and use a variety of metrics and testing methods to ensure the solutions meetdesign specifications.
- Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines.
- Monitor and maintain the deployed intelligence solutions to ensure they continue to perform accurately and efficiently.
Other
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Science and Engineering, or a relatedfield.
- Must have three (3) years of experience working with Agile development mindset, appreciating the benefitof constant iteration and improvement
