Roblox is looking to solve the problem of safely and reliably deploying cutting-edge 3D and 4D generative AI models to support its global community of developers and creators.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience developing systems at scale, shipping products to production.
- Proven experience deploying ML models in production at scale
- Experience with fine-tuning VLMs, LLMs and large multi-modal LLMs for improving the quality & safety of models.
- Are proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, HuggingFace libraries.
- Are passionate about the potential of Generative AI, particularly in creative domains like 3D/4D content.
- Are comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own critical components of the serving infrastructure supporting our generative AI efforts focusing on usability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Implement robust pipelines for collecting datasets and evaluating to build safe and compliant multimodal AI systems.
- Drive improvements in model serving & evaluation infrastructure architecture, engineering best practices, and operational excellence.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or other technical field is a plus.
- Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
