Anduril Industries is looking to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology, specifically by developing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology for the military.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or equivalent deep learning frameworks
  • Strong technical foundation in machine learning principles and algorithms with at least 2 years of experience building real-world ML systems for image processing
  • Strong foundation in computer vision fundamentals, including both classical techniques and modern deep learning approaches
  • Experience with the full ML development lifecycle (data preparation, model training, validation, deployment)
  • An understanding of how to optimize ML models for real-time or resource-constrained environments
  • Experience with real-time ML systems (e.g. mobile SoCs, model quantization)
  • Solid understanding of sensors, optics, and cameras

Responsibilities

  • Propose and prototype innovative solutions to solve real-world problems, leveraging the latest state-of-the-art techniques in the field
  • Develop and maintain core ML pipelines
  • Train and deploy deep learning models for real-time applications
  • Develop performance metrics for ML algos
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sensor, camera, and system teams

Other

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field + 6 years of working experience
  • OR Masters/PhD + 2 years of working experience
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
