Conviva needs to integrate Large Language Model capabilities across their platform to enhance analytics and customer experience solutions.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, probability and statistics, algorithm and data structure.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with LLM agent techniques and AI system integration.
  • Familiarity with functional programming paradigms (industry experience required).
  • Experience with conversational AI and agent-based systems, MCP or A2A.
  • Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing techniques and LLM/ML/Reinforcement Learning methodologies
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain LLM/ML systems that power AI-driven features across a large-scale data analytics platform.
  • Develop and optimize LLM Agents for specific business use cases, focusing on performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Build scalable technical infrastructure for growing AI systems, including model training, deployment, and monitoring pipelines.
  • Apply ML and AI techniques to big-data and observability problems unique to digital experience analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align LLM outputs and behaviors with product requirements.
  • Contribute to and promote software engineering best practices across AI initiatives.
  • Promote a positive culture within the team, encourage code quality, drive initiatives, and ensure flawless execution.

Other

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong foundation in CS and algorithms.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and pipelines with high scalability and performance.
  • Proven track record of delivering statistical models and ML algorithms with measurable business impact.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for machine learning technologies and building cutting edge solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a bias toward proactive problem-solving.
  • The expected salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 - $220,000 + equity + benefits.
