Infosys is seeking a Senior Mainframe Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, contributing to high-level design, code delivery, and testing support for client projects.
Requirements
- Experience in mainframe technology - COBOL, DB2, JCL and CICS
- Experience with the tools used in Mainframe Endeavor and CA7
- Knowledge in open systems technologies like Java, Oracle.
Responsibilities
- interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture knowledge and Development.
- creating the high-level design artifacts.
- deliver high quality code deliverables for a module
- lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
- Debug and resolve any challenge with the application.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
