TD Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights to support Consumer Banking Products and address business objectives and problem statements by delivering insights and working closely with various internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of retail banking
• Very proficient in Python/PySpark/Jupyter
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient in Databricks or AWS
• Proficient Excel/PPT
• Proficient problem solving
• 7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the LOB to deliver insights to address their business objectives and problem statements
• Being the liaison between AI2 and the LOB
• Working closely with others in AI2 to help deliver data, reports, analysis and advanced models where applicable
• Overseeing and leading a large and/or highly complex, and diverse reporting function for an area of significant risk, complexity or scope
• Facilitating key strategic discussions and providing thought leadership to executive audience
• Setting operational team direction and collaborating with others to execute on common goals
• Focusing on longer-range planning for functional area

Other

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred
• 7+ year of relevant experience
• Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or
• Domestic Travel – Occasional
• International Travel – Never
• Strong leadership and management skills
