Automation Anywhere is seeking a Senior Manager of Cloud Engineering & Operations to bridge cloud operations excellence with next-gen AI innovation, driving scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing AWS/ GCP, Azure environments in a large-scale production setting.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of cloud security, compliance, cost management, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing GPU/TPU clusters or similar accelerators for AI workloads.
- Knowledge of frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience leading high-performing engineering teams in 24x7 production environments, with a strong focus on incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous service reliability improvement.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP, Azure)
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing cloud engineering team focused on building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure for AI workloads, including generative AI models.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Drive automation across deployment pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure management (IaC, CI/CD).
- Manage cloud cost optimization strategies to ensure efficient usage of cloud resources.
- Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to ensure high service uptime and reliability.
- Ensure robust security, compliance, and monitoring frameworks for AI infrastructure.
- Stay up to date with generative AI advancements and translate new capabilities into infrastructure improvements.
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud operations, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with two days in the office.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
